    A thorough analysis of your old office is crucial for the best possible outcome of your new office design process.


    After analyzing the office layout and capacity, we involve your employees in this process. In a workshop, we learn what makes them happy/unhappy in their current office and understand their expectations for the new office. Involving employees in the process will not only increase their sense of belonging and loyalty to the company, but also help us create spaces where they feel happy working.     In one of our happy employee workshops, we asked employees what they should "fix" or "renew" in their current offices. One of the employees shared a photo of the existing umbrella stand, saying that while umbrellas are essential, they currently create wet spots on the floor, causing visual pollution and a bad smell.

  • New office, new space design and the right budget

    After analyzing the current situation and conducting a workshop with employees, we develop a needs program using the data we obtain. By integrating Movement-Based Working into this program, we develop new spatial layouts and develop a plan that maximizes work efficiency.

  • Players who need to be involved in the process

  • Renewal process

    Following the design and tender process, it's time to bring all the planned elements to life. As we bring our collaborative designs to life, we manage the process closely to ensure everything goes as planned and avoid any surprises, keeping you informed at all times. Renovating a workspace simultaneously is a very challenging process. It's crucial to avoid demoralizing employees and creating health risks. The key is to anticipate potential problems and be prepared for them. We take the necessary precautions, taking into account potential process delays, workplace accidents, insurance issues, and material supply delays, and resolve any issues before they become apparent to you.


    Our method is to create what we call "wildcard spaces." During our initial analysis, we identify potential wildcard spaces and assign employees to work in these spaces in rotating groups throughout the renovation. Employees who turn off their computers on Friday are moved to our designated wildcard spaces on Monday, allowing them to continue working from their designated areas without experiencing a drop in motivation until the renovation process is complete. During the move to either the Joker locations or their original locations, employees will be unaffected, experience no disruptions or interruptions in their work, and will not be forced to work in poor conditions or surrounded by construction site noise.


    Bakırküre completed all these steps to renovate Deloitte Türkiye's 1,200-employee location in just six months.

  • Maintenance and support

    If you wish, after all processes are completed, we can perform the necessary periodic maintenance to keep your office looking its new state. Should any technical issues arise, we can resolve them for you.
