With a contemporary and visionary perspective which aims to renew the way that will appeal the future 20 years need of Arçelik, an activity based working approach is based on a design concept according to the changing needs of a growing population covering the design shows flexibility of from Sütlüce Headquarters to Bolu, from Çerkezköy to Ankara, from Eskişehir to all offices across Turkey.
Projects that are developed with regard to needs, the growing population and the development of Arçelik covers offices, factories and such as places research & development center in the scope of architectural and interior design. A workshop is facilitated to learn about employees' needs, expectations and the factors that make employees happy or unhappy in their previous office. Outcomes and analysis that are held at the end of the workshops obtained are the most important elements which shaped the new office design.
In the project which is compatible with the modern, established and identity of the company, a happy and productive work atmosphere which offer technology integration and ergonomic and comfort opportunities is created for Arçelik team. Contemporary offices are designed as "Activity-Based Working System" yl and technologically integrared, meet the expectations of Generation Y actively involved in the business life towards employees' needs, health and happiness. According to work schedule, in the process that is started by Arçelik Dishwasher Plant in Ankara headquarters, offices and plants of Arçelik in different regions of Turkey will be renovated in a common language concepts and integrity.
With "Activity-Based Working System" and "shared-desk" operation which is increasingly important in today's modern office, an environment where employees use shared all the stations. Arçelik's offices were designed in an integrated approach with this system. Design is based on these purposes. One of them is giving Arçelik employees more flexible and a better work-life balance and a happier life office and other one is creating an office which is more economic and lower carbon footprint working environment for company officials.
