Bakirkure Architects aimed to create a new Roche office environment according to changing working culture. The main design philosophy was "Happy offices mean productive work." Project was created in collaboration with MW Arquitettura. After the first phase, design team and Roche Human Resources organized a workshop to create more employee oriented office environment.
