The house in Tarabya within a site is a garden triplex residential project. The design is based on the needs of the users of the house, expectations and requests. With the wishes of users of new house, a sports room and a hi-fi system music corner are given place in the design. While the kitchen, the living room, the dining area and the guest bathroom are planned on the ground floor, private areas like sports room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are planned on the first floor. Like the pantry, the laundry room and the storage, spaces are located in basement floor because of their functions.
A functional and cozy design is created to reflect their modern identity. The effect of calmness of white colour and nature of wood are combined; luminous and simple living areas are created.
