Caddebostan Living Center

The project was designed for the city block featuring hypermarket and fast food options on the Caddebostan shore recreation area. Aimed to be the new focus of the shore, the life center boasts different facilities such as restaurants and cafes, an events square, and a fitness center.

The goal of the design was to provide continuous circulation inside the structure, without being isolated from the surrounding area. Thus, for the building on the seaside, floors were drawn back and terraces were built. The ground floor contains a square intended as a meeting point and activity space.
