Borsa İstanbul Mosque building is located in Borsa İstanbul Campus and it is planned as an easily accessible building which is not distanced from the main road line in the field. Building is designed benefiting from the slope of the field; it is also consonant with the topography. The dome is designed equally leveled with the road in the field. It is perceived as a triangulation point to users. Entrances to building are designed in view of the fact that both top and base levels. Circulations between spaces are programmed in paralel with the entances of building.
The roof of mosque which is planned under the ground is combined with the landscape, nature-integrated approach is maintained. With the courtyards, landscape is used also in the interio parts of the building. Thanks to using slope correctly and material choices that appropriate for the identity of the building, light-well and refreshing spaces are created by getting daylight in a controlled manner from the facades of the mosque.
The mosque that is planned in sloping field is planned as a social building complex which includes mosque, working and social spaces and library.
